“Every child deserves an enriching summer vacation and year-round access to the cultural and historical attractions around our state, no matter whether they live with their biological parents, relatives or foster parents,” State Rep. Garcia Wilburn said. “The Access Pass program, led by the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, makes this a little more possible. I applaud Fishers Girl Scout Troop 1937 for bringing awareness to the Access Pass program and for advocating for legislation this session that builds on this great program by granting free access to Indiana state parks and reduced admission to state museums to foster children and families. On July 1, this new DNR pass program will go into effect – a program that I was proud to support by cosponsoring the legislation that created it.”

State Rep. Garcia Wilburn will provide an update and information on the DNR pass program once it begins in July.
