Janus Developmental Services’ Creative Arts Coordinator Cheryl Bowlin was named Arts Champion of the Year by Nickel Plate Arts at its 10th Anniversary Gala on Sept. 21. Bowlin has spent 35 years helping Janus clients soar when it comes to the arts. She has announced her retirement in December, and she plans to move to Texas.
