Chase William Absher

May 15, 2011 – November 23, 2020

Chase William Absher, 9, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, November 23, 2020 at his home in Fishers.

Chase brought joy to the lives of everyone he met. He will be best remembered for his smile that lit up a room, his dance moves that would entertain the crowd, his love of playing and watching all sports – especially when it came to the IU Hoosiers, and his enormous loving hugs. He touched so many lives in his short nine years with us and will be missed by everyone who ever met him.

While Chase’s life here with us has ended, he’ll remain in our hearts and will be watching over us all as a guardian angel, especially for his twin sister, Kendall, who he shared a special bond with, and his parents, Brent and Dana (Boll) Absher. He is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles, Dan and Lyn Boll, Sewickley, Pa., Debbie (Boll) and Lyle Mueller, Chilton, Wis., Denise (Boll) and Rick Poelhuis, Newburgh, Ind., Dawn Boll-Beane, Bradenton, Fla., Dori (Boll) and Jim Mitchell, Westfield, David and Nicole Boll, Bedford, N.H., April (Absher) and Adam Dickey, New Albany, Ind.; 25 cousins; his maternal grandfather, Luke Boll (and Terri), Newburgh, Ind.; and his paternal grandparents, Alvin and Virginia Absher, New Albany, Ind.

Chase was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lori Boll; a cousin, Kaiden Melton; and his puppy, Murphy.

Chase would want Kendall to know he will always take care of her. So in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to a fund for her future, in his memory. Please make checks payable to Kendall Absher and mail to Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville, IN 46062.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Burial was at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis. Private family services followed the visitation.
