Charles S. Phillips, 75, Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on August 31, 1946, to Charles and Rosalie (Eubank) Phillips in Noblesville.
Charles was a truck driver for many years. He was a member of the Indiana Bee Keepers Association. Charles enjoyed hunting, camping, traveling, and hiking. He liked to spending time tilling his garden and telling stories.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Phillips; brother, Neal (Sharon) Phillips; sons, Chuck (Roxanne) Phillips and Joe (Missy) Phillips; grandsons, Charlie Phillips and Avery Mattingly.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 11, 2022, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with Father Block officiating. Visitation will be from noon to the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
