During a time of the year in which many non-profits are stepping up to help those in need, Centier Bank is seeking to reward these organizations through “Giving Days,” a program designed to raise funds for non-profits from now through mid-December.
The non-profits selected for “Giving Days” include the Boone County Humane Society and Zionsville Education Foundation in Boone County, Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County, Hamilton County Youth Assistance and Chaucie’s Place in Hamilton County, the Wabash Center, YWCA of Greater Lafayette and Lafayette Family YMCA in Tippecanoe County, and Fair Haven Foundation in Marion County.
“Centier’s Servant Heart Culture is at the foundation of every community we serve,” said Laura Demeter, Regional Vice President for Centier Bank’s Lafayette and Greater Indianapolis communities. “We saw an opportunity to support a number of nonprofits in our communities and thought ‘Giving Days’ would allow us to involve our clients. Helping our community to support these organizations is a win-win.”
To participate, the public is encouraged to visit participating Centier Bank branches and tell an associate about “Giving Days.” For every visitor mentioning “Giving Days” to a Centier associate, Centier Bank will donate $10 to a participating organization. If the visitor completes a Free Financial Check-Up with Centier, the bank will donate an additional $25 to the organization*. Centier will cap donations at $1,000 per organization. The promotion runs now through Dec. 15.
