Celebrate cuisine, art & culture at Westfield International Festival

Travel the world without leaving Westfield. Experience the flavors, traditions, art, and more from cultures across the globe at the Westfield International Festival, presented by Centier Bank, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10 at Grand Junction Plaza, 225 S. Union St.

Formerly known as Cuisine, Connect, Culture, the newly reimagined Westfield International Festival will feature main stage performances from ICCCI (Lion Dance and Chinese Folk Dance), Sewa International (Indian Folk Dance), Epiphany Dance Collective (African Dance), and Fuego Nuevo (Tierra y Libertad, Viva la Revolucion). All performances are free and open to the public.

New this year, attendees can embark upon a flavor-packed journey with the Savor & Snack Pass, which unlocks five exclusive tastings from participating food trucks and vendors. The Savor & Snack Pass is available online for $15 in advance or for $20 at the event.

Children of all ages can enjoy the brand-new, free Explorer Zone on the Meadow Lawn, featuring crafts, a global animal adoption station, hands-on cultural activities from the Indianapolis Children’s Museum spotlighting Peru, and an exciting live llama meet-and-greet.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in games, crafts, and other cultural traditions, as well as enjoy the marketplace showcasing vendors selling goods from across the globe.
