“We are excited to welcome Emily to the firm and look forward to her contributions with our family law practice group, where she will help guide our clients to reach their goals,” said CCHA Managing Partner David Day.

“I am excited to join such a well-respected and committed firm,” Schmale said. “I look forward to providing expertise to those in need of a trusted family law advisor.”

In addition to her legal practice, Schmale says she enjoys spending time with her husband, Trent, and their children, as well as growing flowers. An active volunteer in her community, she recently completed a three-year term as a board member of Adoptions of Indiana. Click here to read more about Schmale on the CCHA website.
