At 7:31 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, Carmel Police responded to Target at 10401 N. Michigan Road for an attempted theft investigation.

A heavy-set white female with blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail, wearing a black tank top and black pants, attempted to push a shopping cart full of items out of the store without paying. After she was approached by Target loss prevention, the female fled on foot. All items were recovered.
The suspect fled the scene in a black Ford four-door sedan that was missing its hub caps.
