Carmel’s Union Brewing Company holding benefit for Kids Coats

Union Brewing Company’s second annual Rib Fest and Bike Ride for Kids Coat Drive is coming Sunday, Sept. 2. Bring a coat, ride a bike, eat some hog and dance to the music. There will be free food, live music and a whole lot of kids’ coats will be donated.

This is a kid-friendly event. Live music begins at 1 p.m. and food will be ready at 2 p.m. Check your closet and bring clean donations of all sizes: Infant to adult 5XL. Cash or check donations are also accepted.

Kids Coats distributes over 5,000 coats and jackets to families in Hamilton County at back-to-school events and at six locations in October and November to ensure that children and their families stay warm this winter. Need a coat? Make an appointment until Oct. 15 at kidscoats.org.
