Last week, I had the opportunity to attend A Cut Above Catering’s Romantic Couples Cooking Class – New Orleans Style. I learned a great deal and had fun at the same time, which was my goal.

The romance of New Orleans lent itself perfectly to this Valentine’s Couples Cooking Class, where we learned how to prepare some of the Crescent City’s most famous creole dishes.
