Roundabout number 111 has opened in Carmel at 4th Street South and Range Line Road.
Now that 4th Street South and Range Line Road is open, work will begin at the roundabout at Executive Drive and Range Line Road. That intersection is now closed and will remain closed until mid-November.
Meanwhile, Roundabout number 112 at Guilford Road and City Center Drive is anticipated to be open Friday, Oct. 20.
Keystone Parkway has been undergoing cleaning and repainting during nighttime lane restrictions. Due to recent adverse weather, crews have been granted permission to work during the day as well to make up for lost time. Drivers will see daytime lane restrictions beginning Friday, Oct. 27 in addition to the continued late night lane restrictions. However, morning and evening commute times will be avoided, so the daytime and nighttime lane restrictions will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and in the evening/overnight between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.
