On April 20, the Carmel Police Department welcomed two new officers, Zach Copas and Chris Wolak. Both officers come to CPD with previous police experience.
Officer Copas (above left) has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Anderson University. He served the Kinston, N.C. Police Department for four years and has experience as a field training officer and K9 handler.
Officer Wolak (above right) is on track to graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University in May 2020. He has worked at the Indiana University Police Department and at the Bloomington, Ind. Police Department.
