Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard recently welcomed to the city Shri Sudhakar Dalela, Consul General of India for the district of Chicago. Brainard took the Consul General on a tour of Carmel, including the Center for the Performing Arts. Sudhakar Dalela has worked with the Indian Foreign Service since 1993, with experience primarily in trade and economic policy.
