At 8:42 p.m. on March 23, the subject pictured stole a cart full of merchandise. This theft occurred at the Meijer store located at 1424 W. Carmel Drive, Carmel.
The subject was described as an African American male standing 5’9”, weighing 190 pounds, with short hair, a beard and his left ear pierced. He was wearing dark clothing with a black jacket.
