A star performer in the arts and entertainment scene, Gavin Hope’s close-knit company of top players and vocalists has been captivating audiences for nearly three decades with their impressive symphonic rock performances. This team of artists tours year-round, joining symphonies across the country as special guests, showcasing their exceptional talent and close-knit camaraderie.

“This event marks the final concert of the Summer Series, and we are excited to introduce a funky and upbeat theme to get the crowd on their feet,” CSO Executive Director Anne Marie Chastain said. “We wanted to create a complete experience where we feature a popular genre of music that also had an iconic fashion style associated with it.”

Experience the nostalgia of a bygone era as Artomobilia joins the event to showcase classic cars that embody the golden age of Motown from 1959 to 1972, such as the Cadillac Eldorado, the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III, or the Ford Thunderbird. Immerse yourself in the beauty and history of these iconic cars as you enjoy a performance by the CSO. Don’t miss the opportunity to see these stunning vehicles and more at this year’s Artomobilia on Sept. 7 in the Carmel Arts & Design District, starting at 11 a.m. Learn more at artomobilia.org.

After working up an appetite and thirst from all the dancing, treat yourself to delectable food and drinks with a VIP experience or visit one of the food trucks on site, including Kona Ice, Samonas, Polish Cottage “Polska Chata,” Joella’s Hot Chicken, and Sugar Creek Winery.

The concert experience offers a variety of seating options to accommodate every budget. Lawn seating and discounted pricing for youth are available for those looking for a more affordable experience.

For those seeking a more luxurious evening, VIP seating provides the best view of the concert, access to the air-conditioned Coxhall Mansion, two drink tickets for beer and wine, and exclusive entry to the CSO’s VIP Patron Bar. VIP tickets also grant access to the orchestra’s afterparty event in the Mansion, and a chance to mingle with the musicians of the CSO, as well as guest artists. Purchasing a table for eight not only secures you front row seats and a catered dinner, but also complimentary beer and wine throughout the evening, and helps support the CSO’s education programs.

Coxhall Gardens is located at 1677 Towne Road, Carmel. In the event of rain, the 8:30 p.m. CSO performance will move to Clay Middle School, 5150 E. 126th St., Carmel.

This concert is presented in partnership with the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department.
