On July 22, live from Paris, France, Carmel native and tennis Olympian Rajeev Ram had a special FaceTime call. Mayor Sue Finkam, Ram’s mother, and family members and friends gathered in Midtown Plaza to wish him well in the Olympic games. The Mayor also presented Ram’s mother with a temporary street sign bearing his name, that will be placed at Walnut Street and Monon Boulevard. The City of Carmel is proud of all its Olympians and wishes them well.
