Carmel rebounded from its Friday loss with a come-from-behind win at Fort Wayne Carroll 70-65 on Saturday.
The Greyhounds led 16-11 after the first quarter, but the Chargers jumped ahead 29-27 at halftime. Carmel got the lead back in the third period and held on in the fourth for the win.
John Michael Mulloy scored 20 points for the ‘Hounds, with Luke Heady adding 16 and Sterling Brown scoring 12. PJ Baron grabbed eight rebounds, and Mulloy collected five. Brown handed out six assists, and Mulloy made two blocked shots.
Carmel is now 15-4 and hosts Warren Central Friday in a Metropolitan Conference game.
