Carmel reader sarcastically thanks Mayor Brainard for “Dr. Fraudxi”

Dear Editor:

On this one-year anniversary of an executive action that saved hundreds, maybe millions, of lives, I want to thank forward-thinking Mayor Jim Brainard for shutting down the Monon Trail in central Carmel, and golf courses. He was following all that sciency science.

I also want to thank him for the several times members of my family were nearly hit by cars taking the much safer, as pronounced by Dr. Fraudxi (intentional) and Herr Brainard, detours on 3rd Avenue SW and Rangeline.
