Carmel police seeking public’s help in locating suspects

The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the following suspects.

On July 30, a victim reported items stolen from his vehicle including his bank cards.  The items were stolen sometime in June.

The stolen bank cards were used to make several fraudulent purchases in the Indianapolis area during the month of June.

The subject used the victims stolen bank card to make fraudulent purchases at several gas stations and auto parts stores. He also appears to have a sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

Carmel Police are looking to identify a suspect (bottom photo) who is believed to be responsible for several thefts from vehicles at the Monon Community Center in Carmel.
