The Carmel Police Department sends its thanks to Chad Blake at WC Signs of Lapel for this great sign. It was donated as part of a luncheon that was presented by Carmel PD SOS. Carmel PD SOS is a group of spouses and significant others of officers who come together to support the department in meaningful ways.
