Carmel Police Chief Jim Barlow presented this year’s No-Shave November campaign donations to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Indiana Chapter. The department’s grooming standards regarding facial hair were relaxed for employees that made monetary donations. Ninety officers and employees participated in the campaign this year.
Donations were also made by Integrity Automotive, Main Street Barber Shop Carmel, and members of the community. This was the fourth year that funds from CPD’s No-Shave November campaign were donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. During that time a total of $23,983.94 has been raised.
