On Monday, Carmel police arrested Stephanie L. Bradshaw, 47, on the following charges:
- Rape – Level 3 Felony
- Sexual Battery (2 counts) – Level 6 Felony
This arrest was a result of an investigation regarding Bradshaw while she was caring for a minor with special needs.
