On Monday, an area municipal finance managers’ roundtable was held in the City of Carmel with Christine Pauley as host. Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, Noblesville and Carmel worked together as they discussed concerns affecting municipalities of similar size. Pauley told The Reporter the group discussed state legislature issues affecting individual cities and Hamilton County, internal controls, federal grant audits and public records transparency.
