Carmel city officials made aware of an issue where vehicles were accidentally turning on to the Monon Greenway from Carter Green, confusing it for a roadway. As a result, the city has added planters and a trash receptacle to block the open space. Because construction continues along the Monon in the Carter Green area, please be cautious of construction equipment that may still be present there.
