Thank you to Holden, the City of Carmel’s latest fifth-grade deputy mayor, for his outstanding presentation at the City Council Thursday night. He shared a significant finding from the community survey: a whopping 97 percent of respondents affirmed Carmel offers an excellent quality of life – followed by a lighthearted moment prompting applause. This statistic showcases the pride city residents can all feel about their community. Kudos, Holden, for a job well done in helping tell Carmel’s story.
