Carmel celebrating Muslim heritage in first EidFest

Carmel will hold its first-ever EidFest from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 31 at Civic Square. EidFest promises to be a vibrant event of culture and community celebrating the rich tapestry of Muslim heritage from around the world.

This event is free and open to the public. Activities include cultural performances, the art of henna, delicious cuisine from local restaurants, and opportunities to expand professional networks and connections with local businesses.

Free parking is available in the following locations:

  • Civic Square Garage, 50 Red Truck Road
  • Veterans Way Garage at Carmel City Center, 100 City Center Drive
  • The Center Public Parking at Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts, 819 3rd Ave. SW
  • Proscenium Garage, 1225 Veterans Way

Please note that the road surrounding the fountain at Civic Square will be closed to vehicles. Bicycling to the event is encouraged.
