Carmel-based Four Quadrants Advisory, a concierge financial planning firm for entrepreneurial dental practice owners, has welcomed three new team members –  two new regional sales executives and a lead generation specialist – to help grow the company’s trajectory.

Adam Mormile (Ohio-based) and Ben Line (Michigan-based) have been added to the team as dental sales representatives. In their new roles, they will cover the entirety of their respective states for prospecting and take part in any and all dental-related matters, such as speaking engagements and trade shows nationwide.

Mormile brings more than a decade of sales experience to Four Quadrants, most recently running his insurance agency, Mormile & Associates LLC. There, he focused on growing the company from scratch and oversaw all aspects of the business, including management of multiple employees, sales goals and quotas, and revenue budgeting and forecasting, ultimately increasing market share in a competitive market. Prior to Mormile & Associates, Mormile worked at Farmers Insurance Group.

Before joining Four Quadrants, Line worked for DiaMedical USA as an EMS Equipment & Supplies Sales Manager for two years. During his time at DiaMedical USA, he brought in an impressive amount in sales –increasing sales revenue for his division by over 100 percent within a year.  In addition, he created partnerships with multiple medical device and equipment manufacturers for distributors.

Four Quadrants’ newest lead generation specialist is Katie Davenport (Indianapolis-based). Davenport worked for Driven Dental Implant Marketing as a Virtual Patient Advocate prior to joining Four Quadrants. During her two years at Driven Dental Implant Marketing, Davenport closed millions of dollars of dentistry production through virtual role consulting with prospective patients and scheduling qualified leads.

“We are thrilled to welcome Adam, Ben and Katie to the Four Quadrants team,” Four Quadrants Founder and CEO Jason Smith said. “Their extensive experience proves they are equipped to support our growing team and put our clients at the forefront as they look to review the state of their practices, improve inefficiencies and get their cash flow on track.”

All three new sales hires will field questions and inquiries from Four Quadrants’ new complimentary dental practice form.
