John Burns has been nominated as ‘Inspector of the Year’ for the second year running.
Each year, US Inspect area manager Ric Holder reflects on his team of inspector’s overall performances, community contribution, customer service and technical aptitude – to name a few categories – with one mission in mind: selecting the best candidate nominee for ‘Inspector of the Year’. The challenge is tough, as US Inspect has more than 160 inspectors nationwide.
“While we (US Inspect) are focused on the client’s journey and satisfaction with each and every interaction, at the end of the year, we sit back and reflect on that one inspector that exemplifies the skillsets, knowledge and qualities necessary of being named ‘Inspector of the Year’,” said Holder.
Holder went on to say, “John was nominated and awarded ‘2016 Inspector of the Year’. He deserved the title because of his overall contribution to his community, consumer education, leadership as our team’s mentor and his positive attitude. John is highly respected by his peers, the real estate community, teammates and senior management.”
“I have found John Burns to be a person of integrity and excellence. He has gone out of this way to help my clients, even sometimes at an inconvenience to himself. He is the best home inspector I have ever used, and I’ve used a lot over 17 years of real estate,” said Joy Pittman, Broker/Owner Home Works, LLC. “I brought my clients to US Inspect because of John Burns.”
