Indianapolis native, now seen in CW’s ‘Charmed,’ will play the Palladium on Jan. 7
He rose from Indianapolis’ Roncalli High School to the Broadway stage, and now Jordan Donica is returning for a performance as part of the Hoosier Village Songbook Series at 8 p.m. on Jan. 7, 2022, at the Palladium, 1 Carter Green, Carmel.
The singer and actor plans an evening of Broadway favorites and Great American Songbook standards for the show, which was just added to the Center for the Performing Arts’ 2021-22 Center Presents Season sponsored by Allied Solutions.
Donica graduated in 2016 from Otterbein University in Ohio and almost immediately landed his first Broadway role as leading man Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny, in The Phantom of the Opera. He also performed at the Center’s annual gala that year. Other stage roles have included the Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson in the Los Angeles and San Francisco companies of Hamilton; Freddy Eynsford-Hill in the Tony-nominated Lincoln Center Theater revival of My Fair Lady; and Lancelot in the theater’s gala production of Camelot, opposite Lin-Manuel Miranda.
He currently stars as Jordan Chase in the third season of the CW’s Charmed and recently guest starred in the award-winning CBS police drama Blue Bloods. Aside from acting, he has performed with the Pasadena Symphony and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and at the Washington National Opera gala at the Kennedy Center.
