Tired of the cold dreary weather? Come to the Hamilton North (Cicero) Public Library from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 and hear local resident Steven Fleenor will give a visual presentation along with a narrated travelogue and dive equipment show-and-tell focused on The Bahamas. Over more than 40 years, Fleenor has extensively photographed both underwater and landscape of The Bahamas – just a short 50 miles east of the U.S. mainland. Traveling exclusively by small, private-owned boats and visiting many seldom visited towns and islands, his photography reveals a side of these islands unseen by the cruise ships and mega-resorts. This would also be a great place to pick up some travel tips.
