Boys soccer: Noblesville knocks out Brebeuf Jesuit, Fishers ties it up with Mount Vernon

The Noblesville boys soccer team dominated a Thursday night game over Brebeuf Jesuit, beating the Braves 5-0 at Hallmark Orthodontics Soccer Complex.

Brady Frayer got the Class 3A No. 2 Millers on the board in the 17th minute. Noblesville then put in two goals during the 31st minute, with Ashton Hancock kicking a long ball into the net. Vince Cash followed that up with a goal seconds later.

The Millers added two second-half goals, first from Quinn Johnston in the 70th minute. Carsten Shidler finished the scoring with a goal in the 78th minute.

Noblesville is 4-0-3 and hosts Fishers Tuesday for a Hoosier Crossroads Conference game.

Fishers tied with Mount Vernon 1-1 on Thursday.

Reid Spittler scored the Tigers’ goal two minutes into the first half, but the Marauders tied the game five minutes later. The score would stay 1-1 for the remainder of the game.

Fishers is 2-2-1 and plays at Noblesville Tuesday.
