Five Hamilton County boys golf teams played at the prestigious Sollman Classic on Saturday.
Carmel finished second with a 297, behind only top-ranked Center Grove’s 290. Nick Dentino and Luke Prall both carded 72s for the Greyhounds.
Westfield was fourth with a 302; Drake Biggs led the Shamrocks with a 73. Noblesville’s 306 landed it in fifth place. Clay Merchent carded a 73 for the Millers.
Guerin Catholic shot 316, with Andrew White scoring a 76. Hamilton Southeastern scored 321, with Daivic Akala carding a 76.

The Huskies finished with a team score of 347, their best of the season by 28 shots. John Thuer led Heights with a personal best 83, while Kyle Horton’s 90 was also a personal best.
