The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville (BGCN) recently received a $12,000 grant from the City of Noblesville Fund and Hamilton County Community Foundation, a CICF affiliate, in support of its academic success programs.
With the support of the Hamilton County Community Foundation, the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville will be able to continue to provide academic success programming to the community’s youth during after-school and out-of-school programming. In 2018, a total of 1,154 youth participated in BGCN’s academic success programs.
“While kids are here at the Club after school and throughout the summer, we have an opportunity to provide them with a variety of programs and activities that reinforce what they are learning during the school day. Our goal is to keep members engaged by opening the door to new concepts and ideas,” said Nathan Helm, BGCN Director of Development. “The support of the Hamilton County Community Foundation enables us to provide academic programs such as tutoring and homework help while igniting their excitement to learn through hands-on STEM programs such as our Robotix and Coding clubs.”
