BorgWarner, a global leader in clean and efficient technology solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles, plans to consolidate its existing technical centers in Anderson and Pendleton into one centrally located facility in Noblesville, Indiana. Pending approval by the city council, construction on the leased facility is expected to begin in June 2017 and be completed in spring 2018. The new technical center will have capacity for BorgWarner’s growing business as it continues to hire additional engineers and increase spending on research and development projects in Indiana.

Noblesville is a highly desirable area that is centrally located for our current workforce and will also help us attract new employees as we continue to grow.”
Located at Olio and 141st Street, the 100,000-square-foot technical center will provide space for engineers, designers, technicians and office employees who support key product lines including starters, alternators and electrification technologies. The workforce will transition to the new facility as leases on current buildings expire over the next few years.
