Bonnie Lynch Kincaid, 93, died on Monday, September 14, 2020 in Carmel.
Bonnie Louise was born on July 4, 1927, to Harry and Gladys Clappison in Arion, Iowa. When she was a child, she thought that the 4th of July fireworks were in honor of her birthday.
Bonnie married John Burton Lynch on September 17, 1949. Jack and Bonnie had five children. Jack died on August 12, 1968.
She married Jerry N Kincaid in May of 1979. Jerry died on October 15, 2012.
Bonnie was an avid reader and was always reading a new book on her Kindle. She also enjoyed the theater; her interest in acting started with the Iowa State Players and, most recently, she participated in the Prime Life Follies of Carmel.
Survivors include her children, Merri (Bruce) Bovin, Carmel, Sue (Frank) Grover, White Bear Lake, Minn., Bob (Debbie) Lynch, Lawrence, Ind., and Kim Spry, Fishers; stepdaughter, Kelly (Morgan) Chapman, Lexington, Ky.; grandchildren, BJ (Libby), Brett (Christina von Woedtke), Mickey (Vickie), John (Sarah), Stephanie (Josiah) and Joey; step-grandchildren, Luke and James Chapman; four great-grandchildren; sister, Marian Meier; two nieces and two nephews.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Lynch and Jerry Kincaid; son, Scott Lynch; and brother, Gordon Clappison.
