Investigators with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office have released information concerning the security issue at the Rascal Flatts concert at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center on Aug. 9.
Detectives confirm the security concern was a bomb threat that was deemed a credible danger. Exact information on how the threat was made, reported and other details concerning the incident will not be released as these points are integral to the current open investigation.
Once the concern was made known, venue, security and law enforcement personnel took planned and appropriate action for the safety of concert guests and the artists.
