The Carmel Police Department, Carmel Fire Department and Carmel Street Department recently received professional cleaning services on apparatus and vehicles at no cost from Bolden’s Cleaning and Restoration Services, which donated its services to help clean and disinfect vehicles to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

“We are extremely appreciative of this gesture. In addition to our vehicles and bay areas, we are also planning on having them go into the fire stations to disinfect the living areas in the fight against COVID-19,” said Fire Chief David Haboush. “Bolden’s has completed several cleaning and restoration projects at our fire stations. They have been a trusted and reliable partner.”

CFD apparatus and stations (including the training center) will be cleaned and disinfected once a week. Police cars have been cleaned, as well as Street Department vehicles.
