University’s boys raced to a 61-11 halftime lead at Munce Burris Friday evening and cruised to an 81-30 win over the Owls.
Max McComb scored all 21 of his points in the first half to help the Trailblazers to their fourth win a row. Cooper Cammack (12) and Faisal Mohamud (11) also had all of their scoring the first half as the University reserves played throughout the running clock second half.
Five Trailblazers were in double figures with Blake Gray scoring 12 and Peter Morales 10.
University won its fourth game in a row and stand at 7-6 overall, 2-1 in Pioneer Academic Athletic Conference North play.
The Trailblazers are back on the road tonight, traveling to Sectional 42 opponent Monrovia.
