Blackhawks fall to Tri-Central

Sheridan dropped a 79-58 Hoosier Heartland Conference game at Tri-Central on Friday.
The Trojans led 22-12 after one quarter and 42-24 at halftime. Ethan Moistner had a hot shooting night for the Blackhawks, scoring 16 points in the first half, including four 3-pointers.
Moistner continued that performance into the second half, where he threw in four more 3s; Moistner made two triples in each of the four quarters for eight total 3-pointers. He finished the game with 28 points.
Caleb Wright added 13 points, including seven in the third quarter, including a triple. Evan Grinstead added eight points, while Tyler Garner scored seven; both players made a 3 in the fourth period. Carsen Aleman had two points to complete the scoring.
Sheridan is 0-4 in HHC play and 2-9 overall. The Blackhawks host Rossville tonight.
