Blackhawks drop HHC opener to Prairie

Sheridan dropped its Hoosier Heartland Conference opener on Friday, falling to Clinton Prairie 60-37 in an away game.
The Gophers outscored the Blackhawks in each of the four quarters, leading 15-7 after the first period and 32-21 at halftime. Ethan Moistner made three 3-pointers in the first half; he would go on to lead Sheridan in scoring with 11 points.
Caleb Wright and Tyler Garner both had eight points for Sheridan, with Garner scoring five in the third quarter.
The Blackhawks are 0-2 and host Anderson Prep Academy tonight.
