Bill Nuckols, 83, Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at his home. He was born on August 20, 1936 to Gus and Alice (Sears) Nuckols in Glasgow, Ky.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a member of American Legion Post #67, where he served as financial officer for eight years. He owned Bill Nuckols Construction, doing basement walls and foundations, and he also farmed. Bill was a good father and husband and was loved by everyone. He was always willing to help anyone in need.
Bill is survived by his wife, Karen Nuckols; sons, Billy Nuckols and Travis (Haleigh) Nuckols; grandchildren, Dakota and Corbin Nuckols; brothers, Kenneth Nuckols, Gus (Marilynn) Nuckols and Harold (Gylinda) Nuckols; sister, Judy (Richard) Lowe; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Nuckols and Mitchell Nuckols.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Spencer Cemetery in Sheridan.
