Bike Carmel: Slow Roll Ride, Conquer the CAB presented by IU Health North Hospital is looking a little different than in past years. In 2020, riders were set up Conquer the Carmel Access Bikeway (CAB) routes in Carmel by riding them together. But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ride has been changed to make it a self-guided event that can be done with family members and friends while observing safe physical distancing.
There are five CAB routes of varying distances. In May, riders started with the shortest route, the City Center Loop at 6.8 miles. This month, riders will step up the distance a bit and conquer the White River Loop.
Beginning Saturday, June 13, through Sunday, June 21, you can explore the White River Loop (7.2 miles) and take a photo at any of the various routing signs and post it to the Facebook event.
One rider selected from the pictures posted will be awarded a $50 gift card to a local Carmel business. Click here to find links to each of the five CAB routes along with printable maps and queue sheets.
