Benjamin Lee Loller, 85, Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Major Hospital in Shelbyville. He was born on August 9, 1937, to Birl and Alma (Amos) Loller in Hamilton County.
Bennie was a welder for over 30 years at Monroe Custom Bodies in Greenfield. He also ran a trash removal business for many years. He worked every day to provide for his family. He was active and chopped wood daily until he was 83 years old. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors, eating at buffets, and going to cookouts with his family. He loved watching Westerns and John Wayne movies. He loved listening to Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and Loretta Lynn. Bennie loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He was a very generous, selfless, loving, hard-working, simple man. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten by many.
He is survived by his son, Dennis (Janet) Loller; grandchildren, Benjamin Loller and Britney Loller (Bryant Plymate); great-grandchildren, Kendra, Isabelle, and Caroline, and siblings, Betsy Ross (Paul), Irene Noe (Lester), Donnie Loller (Delcie), and Joyce Herrington (Jerry); along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Viola Loller; siblings, Marvin Thomas “Lucky”, David, Terry Sue, Edward, Larry, Louise, and Ronald Grant “Toby” Loller.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Visitation will be from noon to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mounts Run Cemetery in Whitestown.
