Noblesville High School will be hosting a Veteran’s Day event from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9 in the high school auditorium.
Local veterans are invited to attend and should plan to arrive at 1 p.m.
Mayor John Ditslear, Representative Kathy Richardson and Superintendent Dr. Beth Niedermeyer are expected to be in attendance.
In addition to honoring veterans, the event is deigned to teach high school students about the importance of Veteran’s Day.
The program will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a reception in the cafeteria.
Other schools throughout the district will also be honoring Veteran’s Day with student/family programs in November.
