The Town of Arcadia is holding its fourth annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony today from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be fire pits, a chili supper, s’mores, Santa Claus and more. Among the many activities available, Mrs. Claus will read Christmas stories from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Town Hall board room. Music will include not only Soli Deo Gloria choir of Behold the Lamb Ministries, but you also can dance to Christmas and popular music from DJ Jessie James. Mitch Russell (right) will officially light the Arcadia Christmas tree to help get everyone in the Christmas spirit. Come to downtown Arcadia this afternoon for some family-friendly holiday fun.
