At 10 27 a.m. on April 11, the suspect pictured entered a bank in Carmel, presented fake identification and withdrew money from the victim’s bank account and a business account.
The suspect is an older African-American female believed to be wearing a blonde wig and glasses. The suspect was accompanied by a younger African-American female with long dark hair wearing a yellow jacket and sunglasses.
