Anna P. Lindener

March 18, 1936 – September 15, 2023

Anna P. Lindener, 87, Noblesville, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. She was born on March 18, 1936, to Howard and Mabel (McRoberts) Pangburn in Noblesville.

Anna was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She loved to paint, sew, and read. Anna enjoyed history, travel, collecting jewelry, and turtles. She was a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader, a member of the DAR, Eastern Star, Phi Beta Kappa sorority, and also volunteered at Connor Prairie for many years.

Anna is survived by her daughters, Dana (Phil) Moore and Debra Overdorf; son, Gordon “Dale” (Ann) Overdorf; and her brothers, John (Joyce) Pangburn and Bill (Gaye) Pangburn. She enjoyed 10 grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Christina, Elisabeth, Miranda, Sydney, Alex, Cassie, Abigail, and Andrew; and 18 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lindener; sister, Bonnie Jackson; and brother-in-law, Bill Jackson. Gordon Overdorf, her previous husband, and the children’s father also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, with services at noon on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Rev. Mark Knapp will officiate. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
