Anita C. Selzer, 93, Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers. She was born on March 30, 1932, to Carl and Violet (Heuser) Pangerl in Muskegon, Mich.
Anita was a homemaker and a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. She loved going to church, painting anything, and making doll houses. Anita liked doing yard work and shoveling snow in the winter. She enjoyed hiking the Michigan sand dunes.
She is survived by her children, Arlana (Lee) Clark, Allard (Robin) Carney, Alane (Craig) Allbee, Roxane Shriver/Hal Harlan, and Floyd (Cheryl) Selzer; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Selzer; brother, Carl Pangerl; and sister, Felice Lohss.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 8140 Union Chapel Road, Indianapolis, with Pastor Tom Coffman officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the church. Burial will be at Union Chapel Cemetery in Indianapolis.
