Andrew “Andy” H. Tracy, 84, Hamilton County, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2025, at Compassus Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 12, 1940, in Noblesville, son of Maurice and Sarah (Mann) Tracy. Andy was a lifelong resident of the area, dedicating his life to his family and community.
A 1960 graduate of Westfield High School, Andy committed 30 years as a volunteer firefighter, exemplifying bravery, and a steadfast commitment to the safety of others. He also worked at P.L. Porter for 17 years before retiring.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Judy, whom he married June 26, 1993, and shared more than three decades of love and companionship; also surviving are sons, Tony (Misti) and Troy (Kirsten); daughter, Tami (Tommy) Cline; and his cherished stepchildren; Jim (Holly) Catron, Curt (Brenda) Catron, Travis Catron (Kathy Limerick) and Jenae (Jason) Vela; and 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who made Andy a proud grandfather and brought immense joy to his life.
Andy leaves behind his legacy of hard work, love for family, and dedication to his community. He will be fondly remembered by all who were privileged to have known him. Andy’s kindness and strength touched many lives, and he will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Hamilton County Professional Firefighters Union Hall, 399 S. 14th St., Noblesville.
