The members of the Altrusa Club of Hamilton County have had a busy April.
President Pam Wesley attended the District Six Conference from April 4 to 6 in Quincy, Ill., as the club’s delegate. She was honored to be the Indiana flag bearer for the opening session.

On April 8, helping to celebrate the “Week of the Child,” members met at Hamilton County Head Start to serve ice cream to six classes of preschool students.

At our April 14 club meeting at the MCL in Carmel, we celebrated the 108th anniversary of the founding of Altrusa International where members were treated to cupcakes for dessert.

On Friday, April 25, President Wesley read to the classes at Hamilton County Head Start.
The next day, April 26, President Wesley attended a workshop on Days for Girls with members of the Altrusa Club of Indianapolis.
Then, on April 27, President Wednesday and Recording Secretary Carol Rader attended the Altrusa International Club of Muncie’s Fiesta of Fun for Literacy tea and auction at the Delaware Country Club.
